Sorry for a lack of posts in Ireland. I blame it on the city being amazing and pubs being really fun and staying up too late and getting up too early. And now I'm in Pittsburgh. Never any down time. *sigh* I'm hoping to blog Pittsburgh and the Sigma Tau Delta Convention, but that means there will be a delay in the Ireland posts. Cartwheel Success?!
Here is the video I promised of Vinnie and I doing cartwheels. Well, more like me instructing from the background and him attempting to do cartwheels. Still, it's very entertaining. Some of the best moments never got recorded, but that's how these things go. Hopefully he and I will be making more entertaining vlogs in the future. Mad Skills
Guess who wants to be a Renaissance man? This guy.
Well, he didn't state so directly, but he is totally up for trying new things and expanding his skillset. This is my friend, Vinnie, (for those of you who don't know) and he has all sorts of random skills: building cars, writing poems, making egg toast, dominating at board games, brewing coffee, and being able to do the above acrobatic trick in a pair of girl's skinny jeans. However, Vinnie is not an expert at cartwheels. So, in an effort to become more worldly, Vinnie requested that I help him learn how to do a cartwheel. The following hour or so of worthy attempts could not be summed up in the half dozen photos I took, but Vinnie recorded the whole ordeal for his vlog. Once he edits the material, the video will be up on youtube. I will be sure to provide a link when the time comes.
